Receptionist

Glass Doctor serving Western Washington’s glass repair needs since 1962 is looking for an office receptionist to make positive impressions and assist our customers.
Receptionist Job Responsibilities:
- Answer high volume of incoming calls by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Ask clarifying questions to route the caller to the appropriate department or team member.
- Inform customers by answering or referring inquiries.
- Reply to and track web leads and communications.
- Complete various assigned clerical tasks in-between calls
- Learn and manage the telecommunications system.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Prior receptionist or call center experience is an asset
- Familiarity with phone systems

- Monday – Friday 9:00-4:30
